Here is what you can practice in Soccer at home. If you have a goal thats good, but you will not need one. These tips will help you in soccer without advanced equipment. Make sure you are doing all these drills with both feet.
Easy Drills
Toe-Touches: Touch the top of the ball with your foot, hopping, change feet each time. Try to do it fast and without looking at the ball. Also try doing them while moving the ball forward or backward or go around the ball doing them. These will help you get a feel for the ball. Do 50 a day if you can.
Happy Feet: Hit the ball side to side when its in between your feet. Try to do it without looking. These also help you with your touch on the ball. Do 25 a day if you can.
Scissors: Make a circle around the ball with both feet or just one foot. These help you with scissors and also will make your feet faster with making moves. Do 25 with each foot.
Rolling: Roll the ball every day 10 times with both feet. These will help with feeling the ball.
Inside outside- Hit the ball with the inside of your foot then make a quick cut outside.
Outside inside- The opposite of the Inside outside.
Try new moves: Try new moves, perfect old moves, make new ones, just dribble. Dribble for 10 minutes a day at least.
Shiki: Pull the ball back then with your other foot come around behind you and kick it. Helps with the move and stopping and going quick. Do 5 a day.
Step over- Step over the ball with both feet. Do this 25 times a day. Helps with going over the ball without touching it.
Dribble with both feet: Helps a lot use both feet for everything. Do stuff with both feet as many times as you do this stuff.
Shooting- Shoot for 10 minutes using both feet at least.
Play- Play Soccer games with your friends and family, this helps the most especially when you get a lot of people playing.
There are so many stuff that you could do that i can't list it here so i only listed some of it. Create your own stuff to practice that helps with Soccer. If you post one here i will add it to my list. Thank you and please look at my other guides.
