to shoot you need to kick with your laces not your toe.First you need to take steps away the ball (I do 5 steps back and 3 steps to the side)then you have to jog up to the ball and kick it when you kick the ballapproach the ball from under if you want to pop it up and to get it up high lean back when you kick.To hit it down low simply kick the ball from the middle then rotate your hips facing where you want the ball to go (this may take a while to master).
