Soccer Meez Gym


Shut up, im speaking! So you want to be fit huh? Yes? Yes sir! If you want to be fit like me it is goining to be a long painful process. Ok, maybe not that painful. Personaly i like kick-boxing better then Soccer. Don't tell me thats fake! Well anyways Soccer takes a lot of strenth,agility,speed,endurance, and much more too. So if you need help on that go to The Phisical Guide to Soccer it helped me out a lot too.Anyways now that you know some good stuff to do i got a workout plan for you.[look below]

You can workout and gain physical levels that will be proudley displayed on your SM page. Since there are many kids here we will not currently have weight-lifting levels because kids might try to do it and screw up their arm. Do not lie. Liers never win. Anyways here are the levels.

Pushups


Eventually, we will have a guide for your age but currently we have a national guide. Uou have to do the amount of pushups said not just 10 more. Aviously you don't need to do the pushups all at once.

Curl-ups/other abb activities


You can also do other activities the same amount as curl-ups for great results but they have to actually work. No cheating! if you do these on a regualar basis and get to level 50 with slight diet, you should at least get a 2 pack problebly. Remember use other ab exercises too.
