First off i would like to tell you that im not a docter so i can't give you that sort of advice. However,i will help you on the mental part of injurys.

First off don't get scared it is not the end of the world if you are out for 6 weeks or even a year.

If you are out for a long time attend some practices they might not help that much but every little bit helps. Im not saying if you practice 4 times a week that you need to go to every one. Just try to go to one or two. Besides, your coach will like you for sopporting your team.

Come to every game if you can. Games will help you get better and you need to sopport your team. The Coach will also like you if you go to the games.

Play Soccer videogames if you have a videogame system. Of course they have to be realistic. No,playing Super Mario Strikers will not help you. If you don't have a Soccer game then you can always buy an old one like Fifa 2001 at a store for like 5 dollars. Or you can get an up to date one,but you don't have to. Also just dribbling through everyone won't help you if you have a game like that. The whole point is learning how to pass. I reccomend Fifa World Cup 2006. If you don't have a system it's is not the end of the world.

Listen to your docter, if he says not to play listen to him. Don't risk injuring it.

Hang out with your teammates. Just becasue you are injured you are not part of the team.

Read Soccer Books.

Stretch for most injuries.

Remember, don't diobay your doctor even if you think what your doing is fine. The docter has a reason for you not doing that.

Ask your doctor about rehap [ which is where you work-out to help your injury].

This guide as with every other guide is not finished. What i consider finished is when i get some decent tips down. I will add more to this guide with the help of a doctor.
