On the 126 anniversery of the great Chicago fire this club was founded. On the first season the Fire won the MLS cup as well as the US Open Cup.They have won many other cups including the 2000, 2003, and 2006 Us Open Cup. The team originally played in there red and white colors at Solider Field, but eventually The club got their own stadium, Toyota Park. The Fire also has its own reserve team who played in the Premier development leagues as well as the Chicago Five Juniors youth clubs.
